EAFL Strength and Conditioning
Here's your chance to work with the EAFL's top personal trainers who will get you stronger, fitter, and faster in preparation for the football season.
These YOUTH ONLY (8-18yrs) sessions provide functional athletic training concentrating on football movements and muscle groups. By the end of the 4-week camp, you will be in great cardiovascular shape and your muscles will be primed to prevent injuries while increasing performance.
If you are new to football, you can join the Training Camp in Weeks 3 & 4 where the focus will be on fundamental football movements, skills, and knowledge that you can rely on when the season starts.
If you are a returning player, or have football experience, you can join the Skills Camp in Weeks 3 & 4 where the focus will be on sharpening your balance, coordination, and football skills.
Week 1 & 2 - Strength & Conditioning focus (all players)
Week 3 & 4 - Skills Camp (experienced players) and Training Camp (new players)
